El Valle Women’s Collaborative is doing some great work in Ribera, New Mexico, and recently received some recognition.

The local organization provides the community with women outreach programs. They received  a $10,000 Torchlight Prize from the Family Independence Alliance for their grassroots community work around access to healthy food and other resources in rural NM.
